Neoclis Nicolaou is the founder and Managing Director of Neoconsult Ltd, an advisory firm providing strategic and financial counsel with specialized expertise in the Financial Services and Shipping sectors. He previously held managerial positions at the Cyprus Development Bank (CDB) and served as Executive Director at CLR. He serves as a Board Member for several public and private companies, including Logicom Public Ltd, Cablenet, and Notesco Ltd.

Nicolas Sparsis possesses extensive experience in banking, business development, and real estate management. Over a long career, he held senior managerial positions within the Bank of Cyprus Group, most recently serving as Director of the Corporate Banking Division. He currently serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee member for organizations including Marlink CG Ltd, Sky CAC Ltd, and JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

Eric Shukuroglou started his career at Dow Chemical Europe (Zurich), Marketing department. In 1987 he took over as co-Managing Director of Premier Shukuroglou Group and as CEO in 2025. He led the Group's strategic development and expansion in Greece, with the start-up of Premier Shukuroglou Hellas SA in 2000 and WARDI SA in 2008. He led the 1st green-waste management unit in Cyprus and the production of compost and potting soils. He holds a B.A.

Ioannis Shukuroglou is the former Co-Managing Director of the Premier Shukuroglou Group in Cyprus, having led the organization from 1984 until his retirement. Under his co-management, the group expanded its operations into agriculture, animal health, public health, and 3PL logistics, establishing a robust corporate footprint with subsidiaries in Greece, Lebanon, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
